Nothing contained herein shall constitute individual medical advice, diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan or guarantee of outcome, nor shall it be a substitute for the professional opinion of a dentist or other qualified healthcare professional. Any person experiencing dental, oral or other bodily discomfort, pain, swelling, trauma, bleeding, infection, fever, emergency or other health concern should seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional or attend in person without delay, and must not postpone necessary treatment.

All treatments, procedures and services may produce different results, limitations and risks depending upon the individual patient's circumstances, medical history, risk factors, level of cooperation and other conditions, and whether any treatment is appropriate for any particular person shall be assessed professionally by a qualified dentist in accordance with the actual circumstances.

1.2 You may provide information to the Company through this website, the online appointment system, chat tools, instant messaging platforms, social media messages, telephone, SMS, email, third-party appointment platforms, on-site registration forms or other channels. Where a third party makes an enquiry, booking, provides information or arranges services on your behalf, that third party should have obtained your appropriate authorisation or consent.
1.3 Where you receive or intend to receive dental services from the Company, the Company may, as required, request that you provide additional information, including medical history, oral health, health, payment and identity verification information, and may, to the extent permitted by applicable law and as necessary for the provision of services, obtain information directly related to the services from persons authorised by you, referring healthcare professionals, insurance companies, payment arrangement parties or other relevant persons.
1.4 You may choose not to provide certain personal data to the Company; however, where such data is necessary for handling enquiries, arranging appointments, verifying identity, providing services, processing payments, managing patients or complying with legal, regulatory, professional or internal requirements, the Company may be unable to provide you with all or part of its services, functions or assistance.
2. Use of Data

4.3 You may at any time request the Company to cease using your personal data for direct marketing purposes, and the Company will not charge any fee for complying with such a request.
5. Retention of Data
5.1 The Company will retain your personal data for such period as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, professional, tax, accounting, insurance, risk management, internal management, dispute handling, claims, audit and record-keeping requirements.
6. Data Security
