How do we achieve this? Both medical skills and ethics are equally important. We uphold the belief of "Putting People and Kindness First," taking care of patients with the same care we would give our own family.
Most importantly, we believe in providing meaningful treatment that is tailored to each patient's individual needs. Dentists of our dental clinics will never recommend unnecessary dental procedures or undertreat a condition.
Our goal is to help you achieve optimal oral health through a combination of evidence-based care and compassionate service.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I always need a root canal for tooth pain?
Not necessarily. Tooth pain has many causes (cavities, gum disease, cracked teeth, sensitivity, wisdom tooth inflammation, etc.) — diagnosis requires examination and imaging. The earlier you seek care, the more likely a conservative treatment will work.
Will scaling solve bleeding gums?
If the gum inflammation is caused only by tartar and plaque buildup, scaling combined with better oral hygiene usually helps. But if you already have periodontal disease, you may need staged periodontal therapy and long-term maintenance — a single scaling session may not be enough.
How do I know if I have periodontal disease, and how is it treated?
Bleeding gums, bad breath, receding gums, and loose teeth are warning signs of gum disease. It's a chronic condition that requires staged treatment and ongoing follow-up — from deep cleaning to periodontal therapy and long-term maintenance with home-care guidance. Stable gum health is critical for implants, braces, and the long-term lifespan of your teeth.
Do wisdom teeth always need to be extracted? What about aftercare?
It depends on the wisdom tooth's position, how easy it is to clean, whether it's repeatedly inflamed or decayed, and whether it affects adjacent teeth or bite. Your dentist will assess root anatomy, nerve position, and risk first, then explain the procedure steps and post-operative care.
How is severe tooth decay treated? Do I always need a crown?
Treatment ranges from fillings to crowns. If decay has reached the pulp, we'll assess whether root canal treatment (endodontics) is needed and discuss how to protect the tooth afterward — always with the goal of keeping natural teeth where possible.
For missing teeth, should I choose implants or dentures/bridges?
It depends on oral condition (gum health, bone volume, adjacent tooth health), cleaning ability, lifestyle, and budget. Implants aren't right for everyone — the professional approach is to assess first, then compare long-term maintenance and risk across options.
Are clear aligners always fast and painless?
Orthodontic treatment is a gradual biological process — speed and discomfort vary by individual. Whether clear or traditional braces, treatment requires assessment of tooth movement space, bite goals, and compliance, with planned follow-up visits.
What cosmetic dentistry options are available to improve my smile?
To improve tooth colour, gaps, shape, or alignment, we may consider whitening, porcelain veneers, crown restoration, traditional braces, or clear aligners. Cosmetic dentistry isn't about "as white as possible" — it's about balancing gum health, bite stability, and natural proportions.
How often should I have a dental check-up?
We generally recommend a check-up every 6 months, including oral examination, X-rays or imaging when needed, scaling, and basic periodontal care. Good prevention helps us catch cavities, gum inflammation, early periodontal disease, and bite wear before they become serious — and often means fewer root canals, extractions, or implants later.
What dental services does Home Dental Centre offer?
Home Dental Centre provides comprehensive dental care: routine check-ups, scaling, fillings, root canal treatment, periodontal therapy, wisdom tooth extraction, implants, dentures/bridges, orthodontics/clear aligners, teeth whitening, porcelain veneers, and more. From children to seniors, we follow the same principle: understand first, educate second, then create a personalised treatment plan.
