How It Works
Consultation Process
A clear, transparent process from first visit to treatment
- 01
Appointment
Please make an appointment phone call or WhatsApp in advance so that our dental team can provide sufficient time to examine your case. We endeavour to provide same day appointments for those patients in need of emergency dental care. - 02
Registration
Please visit our Dental Centre at the scheduled time. For the first consultation, you need to complete our Health Declaration and register your personal data, including your medical history and drug allergy record. Our dentists will refer to the information provided to recommend and determine appropriate treatment plans and medications. - 03
Examination & Analysis
If it is your first consultation, please expect a longer time for our dentist to examine your teeth and physical condition, so as to develop a customized treatment plan. Generally, to ensure a more precise diagnosis, our dentist may arrange you to take a full-mouth or intraoral X-ray to examine your latest oral condition. Instead of speculating the root cause based on the symptoms alone, we prefer doing a comprehensive due diligence before recommending any treatment plan to ensure a higher success rate of the recommended treatment. - 04
Operation / Treatment
Our dental professionals will give you a clear explanation of the benefits, risks and possible complications of the proposed and recommended treatment and also if there is any alternative option available to you (where not receiving any treatment is sometimes also a fair option!). If you have any question about the treatment, please feel free to let our dentists know and they will be happy to answer to ensure they have obtained your informed consent before proceeding with any recommended treatment. - 05
Sterilization
After completion of treatment, all instruments and equipment will be disinfected and sterilized according to the universal international standard to eliminate the chance of cross infection. - 06
Follow-up
Few days after the treatment, our nurse will make follow-up phone calls to check if you have suffered from any discomfort or complication, so that we can take follow up actions. If your treatment is to deal with chronic diseases (such as periodontal disease), our dental team will follow up according to the treatment plan to ensure that the desired outcome is achieved.
